The Milan edition of Cumulus 2015, one of the most important international design events, will take place at Politecnico di Milano, from the 3rd to the 7th of June. The promoter is Cumulus, the prestigious international Association that brings together the excellence of over 200 design, art, and fashion colleges and universities around the world.
The event is organised by Politecnico di Milano, together with IED (Istituto Europeo di Design), and Scuola Politecnica di Design. Arbos will contribute as technical partner, for the realisation of a range of booklets dedicated to the event, decorated with the graphic pattern of a fabric supplied by Museo degli Stampi Antichi of Zucchi.
The title of this year’s edition is “The virtuous circle”, and was chosen to emphasize the continuous experimentation circle and the level of thought that characterise Made in Italy design.
The event brings together the most interesting contributions and debates of today’s design world, with round tables, keynotes, networking meetings, and collateral events that will liven up the most important design locations of the city of Milan.
Coinciding with the Cumulus 2015 conference, there will also be the opening of an exhibition of projects created by the students of the schools belonging to the association on the themes of Expo 2015. These will be exhibited at Fabbrica del Vapore from the 6th to the 30th of June 2015.
Design enthusiasts will certainly not miss the opportunity to take part in such internationally important event.
